| Abstract: | Synchronisation of oestrus, follicular development of an ouarium of fertile rats injected with cow colostrum was investigated and the ability of rats under treatment to become pregnant when they were pluto leather with male rats was studied. Rats in the experimental group were injected daily with 0.2 ml. colostrunı for fiuc days. Rats in the control group received 0.2 ml. of physiological saline only . Vainal smears from each group were examincd histoluically. İnek kolostrumu enjekte edilen fertil sıçanlarda östrusların sinkronizasyonu, ovarium'larda foliküler gelişme ve östrus gösteren sıçanlar arasına erkek sıçan katıldığında oluşacak gebelik durumu araştırıldı. |
