Giydirme cephe tasarımını etkileyen parametrelerin belirlenerek örnekler üzerinden incelenmesi

Abstract

Bir yapının giydirme cephesi, çevresel etkenlerden koruma sağlayan ve yapının estetik görünümüne katkıda bulunan en dış katmandır. Binanın genel performansı ve sürdürülebilirliği için uygun bir giydirme cephesinin seçilmesi esastır. Bu tez, kapsamlı bir literatür taraması ve örnek olay çalışmaları analizi yoluyla giydirme cephelerinin seçim kriterlerini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada, tasarım, yapısal ve fiziksel kriterleri, enerji korunumu, bakım koşulları ve uzun dönem performans ve hem kullanıcı hem de uygulayıcı etkileri dahil olmak üzere giydirme cephelerinin seçimini etkileyen faktörleri incelemektedir. Araştırma metodolojisi, ilgili literatürün sistematik bir analizini, örnek olay çalışmalarını ve bu projelerin giydirme cephelerini değerlendirmek ve seçmek için bir çerçeve geliştirmeye nasıl katkıda bulunduğunu içerir. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları, mimarların, mühendislerin ve bina sahiplerinin belirli proje gereksinimlerine dayalı olarak bilinçli kararlar vermelerini sağlayacak olan giydirme cephelerinin seçimi için standart bir metodolojinin geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunacaktır. Bulgular ayrıca binaların sürdürülebilirliğini ve enerji verimliliğini artırmaya, çevresel etkiyi azaltmaya ve giydirme cephelerinin genel performansını artırmaya yardımcı olacaktır.

The curtain wall of a building is the outermost layer that provides protection from environmental factors and contributes to the aesthetic appearance of the building. Selecting a suitable curtain wall is essential for the overall performance and sustainability of the building. This thesis aims to determine the selection criteria for curtain wall facades through a comprehensive literature review and case studies analysis. The study examines the factors that influence the selection of curtain walls, including design, structural and physical criteria, energy conservation, maintenance conditions and long-term performance, and both user and installer effects. The research methodology includes a systematic analysis of the relevant literature, case studies, and how these projects contribute to developing a framework for evaluating and selecting curtain walls. The results of this study will contribute to the development of a standardized methodology for the selection of curtain walls that will enable architects, engineers and building owners to make informed decisions based on specific project requirements. The findings will also help improve the sustainability and energy efficiency of buildings, reduce environmental impact and improve the overall performance of curtain walls.
