Bazı dikiş ipliği parametrelerinin dikiş performansına etkilerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Kumaş kalitesi, yüksek kaliteli giysilerin üretimi için tek basma yeterli değildir. Uygun dikiş ipliği seçimi, dikiş ipliği parametreleri ve dikilmiş kumaşın dikiş performansı gibi etkenlerde son dereee önemlidir. Bir kumaş için dikiş ipliğinin seçimi; dikiş ipliği ve kumaşın mekanik özelliklerine, bunların uygunluğuna, dikiş prosesine ve giysinin son kullanımına bağlıdır. Kumaş yapısına uygun seçilmeyen dikiş ipliği dikiş esnasında iplik kopuşlarına neden olmakta ve giysinin dikiş performansım azaltmaktadır. Bu araştırmada aynı etiket numarasında ve farklı yağlama oranlarında ; farklı iplik yapısında, farklı katlarda ve farklı büküm değerlerinde olmak üzere üç ayrı parametrede dikiş iplikleri üretilmiştir. Üretilen ipliklerin kopma mukavemeti (gr/ denye ), kopma yükü (gr), kopma uzaması (%), sürtünme özellikleri incelenmiştir. Daha sonra bu ipliklerle aynı tip kumaş üzerinde dikim işlemi gerçekleştirilerek iplik özelliklerinin dikiş kopma mukavemeti ve dikiş kaymasına olan etkileri araştırılmış sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda dikiş ipliklerinde farklı iplik yapısının, kat farkının ve büküm farkının önemli olduğu ve bu farklılıkların dikiş performansına da yansıdığı görülmüştür.

Fabric guality is not sufficient enough alone to produce high guality garments. The effects such as the selection of proper sewing thread, sewing thread parameters coming from the measurements and seam performance of sewn fabric are also of most importance. The selection of thread of a fabric depeds on mechanical properties of sewing thread and fabric, sewing process and how the garment is used. The sewing thread which is unappropriate for the fabric structure causes thread breakage during the sewing process and reduces the seam performance of the garment. In this study, the sewing threads having the same ticket numbers and different lubrication ratios are considered. The three different sewing thread parameters are taken as different thread structures, different ply values and different twist values. The tenacity (gr/denier), breaking strength (gr), breaking extension (%) and friction properties of the produced sewing threads are then investigated. After that, those sewing threads are used with the same fabric to examine the effects of sewing thread properties on the seam strength and seam slippage and the results are discussed. As a result, it is observed that the difference in the thread structure, ply values and twist values are found to be important to affect the seam performance.
