Antonio Gramsci’de hegemonya kavramı ve günümüz siyaset felsefesine etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada siyaset felsefesinin ve marksist dünyanın önemli isimlerinden İtalyan düşünür Antonio Gramsci’nin hegemonya kavramı ve hegemonya kavramının günümüz felsefe dünyasındaki etkileri araştırılmayı hedeflenmiştir. Hegemonya kavramı Gramsci dönemi ve Gramsci sonrası olmak üzere iki bölümde ele alınmıştır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmanın ilk bölümünde Gramsci’nin felsefi serüveni ve gelişimi inceleme altına alınırken, hegemonya kuramının Gramsci felsefesindeki yerinin önemi belirtilmeye çalışılmıştır. Düşünceleri ve Hegemonya kuramı üzerinde Lenin ve Rus Devrim deneyiminin etkileri sivil toplum ve politik toplum kavrayışları aracılığıyla belirtilmeye çalıştıktan sonra Gramsci’nin marksizme getirmiş olduğu eleştiriler ve onun hegemonya bağlamında politik toplum kavrayışı ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünün, üçüncü genel başlığı altında ise Gramsci’nin Machiavelli’den ödünç aldığı Prens kavramını, modern politik topluma uyarlayış biçimi ele alınarak, siyasal partinin proleter hegemonyasındaki görev ve önemi incelenmiştir. Yine aynı başlık altında fabrika konseylerinin proleter devrimi açısından önemi vurgulanırken daha sonra Gramsci’yi özgün bir düşünür kılan özelliklerinden liderlik kültü eleştirisi incelemeye alınmıştır. İlk bölümün son inceleme konusu ise Gramsci’nin hegemonyanın kurulumunda özel bir önem atfettiği aydınlar konusu incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümü kendi içinde iki ana bölüme ayrılarak Gramsci sonrası hegemonya kavramının kavranış biçimleri ele alınmıştır. Bu anlamda ikinci bölümün ilk kısmında Gramsci sonrası hegemonya yaklaşımları incelenmiş ve bu yaklaşımların kökenleri araştırma konusu yapılıp, Gramsci’nin tarif ettiği üzere tarihteki hegemon devletler ele alındıktan sonra son bölümde günümüz dünyasında en önemli hegemonya araçlarından biri olan medya inceleme konusu edinmiştir.

In this study, it was aimed to investigate the concept of hegemony of the Italian thinkers Antonio Gramsci who is one of the important thinkers of political philosophy and the marxist world, and the effects of the concept of hegemony in the present philosophical world. The concept of hegemony has been dealt with in two parts: the Gramscian period and the post Gramscian period. In the first part of this work, Gramsci's philosophical adventure and development were examined and the emphasis on the place of the philosophy og Gramsci of hegemony theory was tried to be specified. After trying to explain the effects of Lenin and the Russian Revolution on the philosophy and the theory of hegemony through the insights of civil society and political society, the criticisms that Gramsci brought to marxism and his understanding of political society in the context of its hegemony have been addressed. The first part of the work and under the third general title, the concept of the Prince which was borrowed from Machiavelli by Gramsci was examined in terms of the role and importance of the political party in the proletarian hegemony taking into consideration the form of modern political society adaptation. Again, under the same title, while the importance of factory councils on the proletarian revolution were emphasized and then Gramsci's leadership criticism, one of the characteristics of Gramsci which made him unique philosopher, has been examined. As for in the last section of the first part, the issue of intellectuals that Gramsci attaches vi special importance to the installation of hegemony, has been examined. The second part of the study divides the two main divisions within itself, the way of understanding post Gramscian concept of hegemony has been addressed. In this sense, the first part of the second chapter examines the post-Gramscian hegemonic approaches and the origins of these approaches have been made an investigation issue and as Gramsci explained, the hegemonic states in history have been discussed, and finally in the last part, the media which is one of the most important hegemony instruments in today's world was considered as an investigation issue.
