Turşuluk hıyar yetiştiriciliğinde tele almanın verim ve kalite üzerine etkisi

Abstract

1995 yılı Haziran-Ekim aylan arasında yürütülen bu çalışmada üç turşuluk hıyar çeşidi ("Fancipak Fi", "Ophix Fi" ve "Quest Fi") kullanılmıştır. Tohumlar 30 Haziran 1995 tarihinde viyollere ekilmiş 5 Temmuz 1995 tarihinde yerlerine dikilmiştir. Bitkiler 0, 50, 100, 150 ve 200 cm yüksekliğindeki tellere alınarak yetiştirilmişlerdir. 60 gün devam eden hasat dönemi süresince toplanan meyvelerde; meyve ağırlığı, meyve boyu, meyve çapı, baş-şekil indeksi, kuru madde miktarı, renk, 1., 2. ye 3. sınıf meyve ağırlıkları ile toplam verim belirlenmiştir. Deneme sonunda tele alınarak yetiştirilen turşuluk hıyarların yerde yetiştirilenlere oranla verim ve kalite açısından daha iyi sonuçlar verdiği belirlenmiştir. Çeşitlerin hepsinde en yüksek verimin alındığı 150 cm tel yüksekliğinde "Fancipak Fi" çeşidinden 3.13 kg/m2, "Ophix Fi" çeşidinden 3.46 kg/m2 ve "Quest Fi" çeşidinden 3.05 kg/m2 turşuluk hıyar elde edilmiştir. 150 cm tel yüksekliğinde yerde yetiştiriciliğe göre %16 daha fazla verim alınmıştır.

In this study, which was caried out between June and October 1995, three pickling cucumber cultivars ("Fancipak Fi", "Ophix Fi" and "Quest Fi") were used. The seeds were sown in plastic trays on 30 June 1995 and planted outdoor on 5 July 1995. The plants were put up in the wires of 0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 cm high. 60 days during the harvests between 2 August and 1 October 1995 fruit weight, fruit height, fruit diameter, head-shape index, soluble solits, colour, first, second and third class fruit weights and total yield on plants were measured. At the end of the study, it was observed that growing pickling cucumbers on wires gave better results when compared with growing them in the ground, from the point of view of yield and quality. 150 cm high wires 16 % the higher yield than all the other wires having different heights. On 150 cm wire height, which gave the highest yield in all the cultivars, the yields obtained in pickling cucumbers were 3.13 kg/m2 in "cv. Fancipak Fi", 3.46 kg/m2 in "cv. Ophix Fx" and 3.05 kg/m2 in "cv. Quest Fi".
