Bursa ili merkez ilçesinde GTZ projesi kapsamındaki süt sığırı yetiştiriciliğinin ekonomik analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışma ile Bursa ili Merkez ilçesi'nde G.T.Z projesi kapsamındaki 29 adet süt sığırı işletmesinin ekonomik analizi yapılmıştır, incelenen işletmelerde aile işgücü kaynağı % 55.62, yabancı işgücü kaynağı ise % 44.'38 olarak belirlenmiştir, işletme masrafları ortalaması 1.13 milyar TL olarak bulunurken % 73. 7 oranla bu değer içindeki en büyük payı yem giderleri almıştır. Gayri safi üretim değeri ise 1.06 milyar TL olarak tahminlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan 1 İt süt maliyetinin 6 759.10 TL, düve maliyetinin ise 9.7 milyon TL olduğu saptanmıştır.

In this study, dairy cows breeding activity of the GTZ project were investigated based on the data collected from the 29 dairy farms in the central District of Bursa Province. In the farms studied, it was found that the sharee of family and paid labpurs were 55.62 % and 44.38 % respectively. While the avarage total expenses was aboust 1.13 billions TK, feed cost had the highest share as 73.7 %. Avarage value of gross product was estimated as 1.06 billions. On the other hand avarage milk cost per It and production, cost per heifer were found as 6 759.1 and 9.7 million TL respectinely. -in
