Bursa'da faaliyet gösteren gıda kontrol kuruluşları karşılaştıkları güçlükler ve çözüm önerileri

Abstract

Tüm dünyada insanların yaşamak, fiziksel ve zihinsel gelişmelerini tamamlamakiçin yeterli miktarda gıdayı alabilmeleri ve bu gıdaların sağlık yönünden güvenli olmasıinsan haklarının temelini oluşturmaktadır.Hızlı kentleşme, sanayileşme ve bununla birlikte yaşam standardının yükselmesitüketicileri hazır gıda maddelerine yöneltmiş sonuçta gıda maddeleri üreten vehazırlayan sanayiler gelişmiştir. Ancak ekonomik güçlüklerin yaşanması bununlaberaber alım gücünün düşmesi de hijyenik üretim yapmayan işletmelerin sayısınıarttırmıştır.Avrupa Birliği ile uyum çalışmalarını yapıldığı günümüzde gıda kontrolkuruluşlarında çok başlılığın yaşanması, etkin bir gıda mevzuatının oluşturulamaması,kontrol ve denetim alt yapı hizmetlerindeki eksiklikler, hijyenik olmayan üretim yadasatış yapan firmaları cesaretlendirmiş, bu alanda çalışma yapan kontrol kuruluşlarınınçalışmalarını olumsuz etkilemiştir.Bu nedenle etkin bir gıda kontrol sistemi oluşturmada yasa, gıda mevzuatı vekoordineli çalışma kadar tüketici eğitimi ve işletmelerin kendi içinde oto kontrollerininoluşturulması da önemli olmaktadır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Gıda Kontrolü, Gıda Mevzuatı, Gıda Kontrol SistemiABSTRACTPeople having enough food and its being safe in terms of health for them to liveand complete their mental growth is basic for human right in all the world.Rapid urbanization, industrialization and yet the rise in living conditions havedriven people to fast foods and as a result, industries that prepare and produce fast foodhave developed. However, the economic difficulties that people go through and relatedto this the fall in purchasing power has increased the number of companies that are notworking under hygenic conditions.Today, when the orientation studies are being carried out with the EuropeanUnion, facing the fact of a great diversity in the food controling constitutions, the failurein farming an effective food regulation and defeciencies in controling and inspectioninfrastructural services, have encouraged the companies that sell and produce theproducts which are not hygenic and also have effected the constitutions that are workingin this field in a negative way.Therefore, in forming an effective food controling system, consumers trainingand the companies having their self control within the firm is as much important as law,food regulations and working in coordination.
