Arazi toplulaştırmasının su depolama yapılarıyla birlikte projelendirilmesi ve etkileri üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Ülkemizde su depolama yapılan ve arazi toplulaştırma projeleri genellikle birbirinden bağımsız olacak planlanıp projelenmektedir. tik kez Bursa-İnegöl- Yenice Köyü'nde Köy Hizmetleri Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından 1991 yılında arazi toplulaştırma ve gölet projeleri birlikte planlanıp, uygulamaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışmada, anılan kuruluş tarafından 1991 yılında birlikte planlanan arazi toplulaştırma ve gölet projesi yeniden birbirinden bağımsız olarak planlanmış ve böylece her iki projelemenin karşılaştırması yapılarak, bu projelerin birbirlerine göre olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, su depolama yapısı ve arazi toplulaştırma projelerinin birlikte ele alınmasının, bağımsız projelemeye göre daha olumlu sonuçlar verdiği belirlenmiştir.

In Turkey, water storage reservoir and land consolidation projects are generally planned independent from each other. Land consolidation and small earth dam projects were firstly planned together and put into practise by GDRS (General Directory of Rural Services) in Bursa- İnegöl- Yenice Village in 1991. In this study, land consolidation and small earth dam projects which were performed together by aforementioned public institution in 1991 were planned independent from each other again. Through the comparison of these two different projects type, it is aimed to determine the positive and negative aspects of those projects against each other. As a result, it is determined the more positive effects of planning of land consolidation and water storage reservoir projects together in comparison with planning independently.
