Bir konfeksiyon işletmesi için kalite kontrol sisteminin kurulması

Abstract

Ekonomi, Endüstri ve Teknoloji gibi kavramların büyük bir hızla değişim sürecini yaşaması ve tüketici haklarının giderek önem kazanması, bununla beraber tüketici bilincinin artarak ön plana çıkmasıyla, firmaların daralan Pazar ortamında rekabet edebilmeleri ve ayakta kalabilmeleri için KALİTE anlayışını benimsemeleri şarttır. Bu tez araştırmasında; bir Konfeksiyon İşletmesinde Kalite Kontrol Sistemi kurulmaya çalışılmıştır. Tezin Kaynak Araştırması bölümünde; Kalite ve Kalite Kontrolün tanımları yapılmış olup, bir işletmenin sahip olması gereken Kalite İlkeleri ve Kalite Politikası anlatılmış, bir işletmedeki Kalite Kontrol noktalan tek tek belirlenmiş ve Kumaş Kontrol Sistemleriyle, Üretim Kontrol Sistemleri incelenmiştir. Tezin Bulgular ve Tartışma bölümünde; bir Konfeksiyon İşletmesinde; üretim öncesi, üretim ve üretim sonrasındaki işlem akışı tek tek incelenmiş ve bu aşamalarda uygulanması gereken Kalite Kontrol Sisteminden bahsedilmiştir. Tezin Ekler bölümünde ise; Bulgular ve Tartışma bölümünde verilen işlem akışında, Kalite Kontrol Sisteminin sorun çıkarmadan uygulanabilmesi için gerekli olan tablolar verilmiştir.

Concepts like economy, technology and industry have a rapidly changing process and consumers' rights are getting more and more importance together with that, consumer knowledge is appearing. As a result of that, the firms, in order to be able to compete at narrowing market and to stand up, it is necessary to adopt the quality of understanding. In this thesis, building Quality and Control Systems for a Confection Company is studied. In the source, the words Quality and Control have been explained, policy and principles of Quality for a Company have been stated, Quality Control Points in a company have been define one by one, and cloth Control Systems and production Control Systems have been studied. The parts of the founding and discussing of the thesis, the flowing operation of the pre-production, production and post-production are studied one by one. And the Quality Control Systems to be applied are explained. In the parts of additional, the explanation of the flowing operation in the founding and discussion parts, tables to be necessary are given in order not to cause any trouble for the Quality Control Sistems.
