Gürcistan örneğinde Transkafkasya'da güçler çatışması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Güney Kafkasya'da devam etmekte olan güç mücadelelerini ele alan kaynaklar taranmıştır. Kaynak taramasında bölgenin stratejik önemi nedir, bölgedeki güç çatışmasının boyutları nelerdir, güç çatışmasında ne gibi araçlar kullanılmaktadır, bölgede çatışan güçlerin bölge üzerindeki hesaplan nasıldır türünden soruların cevapları aranmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmaların sonucunda cevabı aranan sorulara ek olarak bölge üzerindeki güç mücadelesinden çıkabilecek bir stratejik sonuç arayışına da gidilmiş ve ABD'nin bölgedeki etkisini Rusya Federasyonu aleyhine geliştireceği tezi ortaya konmuştur. Bu tez aynı zamanda bir öngörü olarak da çalışmada ön plana çıkarılmıştır. Bu tezin ortaya konuşu ve ispatlanmaya çalışılmasına paralel olarak, bu görüşü destekler nitelikte olan deliller ve olaylar çalışmada ön plana çıkarılmıştır. Çalışmada, ayrıca bu tezin karşısında olan görüşler de incelenmiş ve tutarlı bulunan kısımlar antitezler olarak çalışmada yansıtılmaya gayret edilmiştir. Çalışmada, bu belirtilen noktalara ek olarak tarihsel bir izdüşüm de ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bölgede devam etmekte olan güç çatışması Soğuk Savaş dönemindeki global güç mücadelesine benzetilerek ortak yönler meydana çıkarılmıştır.

At this work, the sources that are interested in the power struggle over Transcaucasia are scanned. By this scanning, some questions like What is the strategic importance of the region?, What are the different dimensions of the power dispute on the region?, Which strategies are applied by the disputing states?, What is the main aim of these disputing states on the region? are tried to be answered. At the result of these searches, in addition to the questions above, also a strategic result is tried to be existed. This strategic result is based on the fact that USA will increase the affect on the region by the decreasing of Russia Federation's control on the Transcaucasian states. This thesis is tried to be proved on this work. The events and the evidences that support this thesis are emphasized and underlined at this research. In addition to these, the opinions that are claimed as the anti-thesis of this result are tried to be given on the work. As a conclusion, the power dispute on the region is considered by a historical similarity between the Cold War and the events seen today. So, the similar points between the global dispute on the Cold War and this dispute are tried to be given.
