Bursa-Karacabey-Beylik köyü arazi toplulaştırmasının Care modeline göre bilgisayar destekli projelenmesi üzerine bir çalışma

Abstract

Arazi toplulaştırma çalışmalarında oldukça fazla sayıda faktör göz önüne alınarak proje üretilmekte, bu da proje mühendisinin yükünü ağırlaştırmaktadır. Çok sayıdaki faktörün kullanılması bilgisayar kullanımını zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Bursa - Karacabey- Beylik Köyü Arazi Toplulaştırma Projesi Verileri, bilgisayar destekli yeniden dağıtım programında kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar Köy Hizmetleri Genel Müdürlüğünce aynı alanda geliştirilen proje sonuçları ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Karşılaştırma sonucunda, kullanılan programlar arasında bilgi sisteminin oluşturulması ve proje sonrası parsel sayıları, ortalama parsel büyüklüğü, parsel şekilleri, parsel uzaklıkları açısından da iki proje paralellik göstermiş, ancak parsellerin bloklara yerleştirilmesinde bir çok farklılık belirlenmiştir.

Large number of factors are taken into consideration in land consolidation works, so that it is hard to deal with all the factors appropriately for the project engineers. Therefor, computer use is essential to deal with these large number of factors. In this study, a computer aided reallotment model (CARE) was used with land consolidation data of Bursa- Karacabey-Beylik Vilage. These results have been compared with the results of farmer project realisations in the same area by the General Directorate of the Village Services. In the result of comparisons there is there is not so much differences in terms of creation of information system between used computer programmes. However, there are many differences on the reallocation of parcels to the blocks. In addition a parallelism was observed between two projects in term of parcel numbers and mean parcel size, parcel distances, parcel shapes.
