Köy enstitülerinden mezun öğrencilerin enstitülerin eğitim programıyla ilgili görüşleri: Bursa örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Köy Enstitülerinde uygulanan eğitim programlarının öğrenciler üzerindeki bilişsel, duyuşsal, psikomotor etkilerini incelemek ve buradan mezun öğrencilerin programla ilgili görüşlerini açığa çıkarmaktır. Araştırmada Köy Enstitülerinin kuruluşundan kapatılışına kadar olan süreç incelenmiştir. Bu kurumlarda uygulanan eğitim programlarıyla öğrencilere hangi bilgi, beceri ve anlayışların kazandırılması hedeflendiği araştırılmış ve burada okuyan öğrencilerin programla vi ilgili görüşlerine başvurmak için Bursa’da yaşayan Köy Enstitü mezunu öğretmenlerle görüşülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda programın hedef ve içeriğiyle ilgili bilgi çoğunlukla literatürden elde edinilirken, öğrenme-öğretme süreci ve ölçme-değerlendirme ile ilgili bilgi hem görüşmecilerden hem de ilgili yayınlardan edinilmiştir. Enstitülerle uygulanan programlarla kalıcı öğrenmelerin sağlandığı, öğrendiklerini yaşama yansıtabilen, sorunlara çözüm üretebilen bireyler yetiştirildiği görülmüştür. Burada okuyan öğrencilerin Köy Enstitülerinin eğitim programlarıyla ilgili görüşleri olumludur.

The aim of this study is to examine the cognitive, affective and psychomotor effects of the educational programs implemented in the Village Institutes and to reveal the opinions of the students graduated from the program. In this research, the process from establishment to closure of Village Institutes is examined. The educational programs implemented in these institutions have been investigated which knowledge, skills and understandings are aimed to be gained to the students and interviews viii have been held with the teachers of the Village Institute graduates living in Bursa in order to apply their opinions about the program. As a result of the research, information about the objectives and content of the program is mostly obtained from the literature, while information about learning-teaching process and assessment-evaluation is obtained from both the interviewers and related publications. It has been observed that permanent learning is provided by the programs implemented with the institutes, and individuals who can reflect what they have learned to life and produce solutions to problems are raised. The opinions of the students studying here about the educational programs of the Village Institutes are positive.
