Ölüm Hükmü romanında insan ilişkilerine psikolojik bir yaklaşım

Abstract

Sanatın temelinde “kontrast” yani “çatışma” vardır. Elçin Efendiyev’in eserlerinin başat özelliği, psikolojik çözümlemeler ve çatışmalardır. Onun özellikle hikâyelerinde bilinç, bilinçaltıyla sürekli çatışır. Yazar bu iç çatışmaları ve psikolojik çözümlemeleri, Azerbaycan’da “gündüz rüyası” da denilen “serbest çağrışım yöntemi”yle gerçekleştirir. Bu yöntem, bilindiği gibi, Freud psikanalizminin de sıkça başvurduğu bir yöntemdir ama psikanalizin tersine Elçin Efendiyev’in eserlerinde yorum yoktur. O yorumu okuyucuya bırakır. Yorumun okuyucuya bırakılması da, sanat ve estetik açısından önemlidir. Çağdaş estetik kuramlarından “alımlama estetiği”, okuyucuyu eser karşısında pasif durumdan kurtarır ve onu okuma süreciyle birlikte eserin estetik olarak algılanmasında aktif bir konuma yerleştirir.

Contrast and contradiction are two key elements of art, and the main characteristics of Elçin Efendiyev’s work are psychoanalysis and psychological contradictions. Conscious and sub-conscious always clashes with each other. The author uses analysis of free associations, which is also called as “daydreaming” in Azerbaijan, to show these psychological contradictions. This method, as is known, primary technique of Freudian psychoanalysis but on the contrary to this, there is no commentary or interpretation in Elçin Efendiyev’s work. The comment is left to the reader and this is very important in art and aesthetics. Aesthetic of reception theory is one of the modern aesthetical theories, which untangles the reader from its passive position against artwork and puts him/her into an active position on the process of reception of artwork. This paper, will focus on Elçin Efendiyev’s Ölüm Hükmü [Verdict of Death] novel in terms of this theory.
