Abstract

Üretim faktörleri, ekonomik motiflerle hem ülke içinde hem de şartlar oluştuğunda ülkeler arasında hareket halindedir. Bu hareketle ilgili analizlerde klasik ve Keynezyen aletler önemli farklılık arzeder. Farklılıkların kaynağı kabul edilen varsayımlardır. Analiz ister statik isterse dinamik olsun, göç olayını tahlil de bekleyişler önemli bir yer tutar. Göçün kısa dönem sonuçları uzun dönem sonuçlarından farklıdır. Kısa dönemde harekete geçiren kuvvetler uzun dönemde etkisini kaybeder ve göç tersine döner; göç fonksiyonu da buna bağlı olarak yeni dışsal değişkenler kazanır.

We discuss in this paper, the movement of the factors of production among countries and regions under various economic conditions. In the analysis, it is seen that the classical and Keynesian deuices differ from each other. The sources of these differences are based on assumptions being used in the analysis which these theories dealt with. But short run consequences of the migratian fact differ from the long run ones. In the long-run, the pulling and pushing forces of migratian loose their effects, but new exogenous variables, as capital, enter into the function.
