Türkiye’deki çeviri konulu tezler üzerine bibliyometrik ve tematik bir inceleme (1985-2020)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 1985-2020 yılları arasında Türkiye’de gerçekleştirilen çeviri konulu lisansüstü tezlerin çeşitli parametreler çerçevesinde bibliyometrik ve tematik bir incelemesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, çalışmanın bütüncesini (korpus) oluşturmak için Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında (https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi/giris.jsp) arşivlenen lisansüstü tezlere Gelişmiş Tarama seçeneğinden herhangi bir filtreleme uygulamaksızın çeviri anahtar kelimesiyle ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan tarama sonucunda 656’sı yüksek lisans, 157’si doktora ve 1’i sanatta yeterlilik olmak üzere toplam 814 tez araştırmanın bütüncesine dâhil edilmiştir. Bütünce kapsamındaki tezler öncelikle akademik düzey, yayın yılı, yayın dili, üniversite, enstitü, anabilim dalı, danışman, araştırma modeli ve veri toplama teknikleri gibi değişkenler açısından bibliyometrik çözümlemeye, sonrasında ise içerdikleri konular (temalar) ve anahtar kelimeleri bakımından içerik çözümlemesine tabi tutulmuşlardır.

Ce travail vise à faire, dans le cadre de divers paramètres, une analyse bibliométrique et thématique des mémoires et thèses rédigées sur la traduction en Turquie entre les années 1985 et 2020. Conformément à cet objectif, les thèses et mémoires archivés au Centre national des thèses du Conseil de l'enseignement supérieur (HEC) (https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi/giris.jsp) ont été récupérées par le mot-clé traduction sans appliquer aucun filtrage de l'option Recherche Avancée pour constituer le corpus du travail. À la suite de la recherche avancée, un total de 814 thèses, dont 656 mémoires de maîtrise, 157 thèses de doctorat et 1 maîtrise en art, ont été inclus dans le corpus de la recherche. Les thèses du corpus ont d'abord été soumises à une analyse bibliométrique selon les variables, à savoir le niveau académique, l'année de publication, la langue de publication, l'université, l'institut, le département, le directeur de recherche, le modèle de recherche et les techniques de collecte de données. Ensuite, ils ont également été soumis à une analyse de contenu en termes de sujets (thèmes) et de mots-clés qu'ils incluent.

This study aims to make, within the framework of various parameters, a bibliometric and thematic analysis of postgraduate theses and dissertation on translation written in Turkey between the years of 1985 and 2020. In accordance with this purpose, the postgraduate theses archived at the Higher Education Council (HEC) National Thesis Centre (https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi/giris.jsp) were retrieved by the translation keyword without applying any filtering from the Advanced Scan option to create the corpus of the work. As a result of the scanning, a total of 814 theses, 656 of which are master's, 157 doctorate, and 1 proficiency in art, were included in the corpus of the research. The theses within the corpus were first subjected to bibliometric analysis in terms of variables such as academic level, publication year, publication language, university, institute, department, advisor, research model and data collection techniques. Afterwards, they were subjected to content analysis in terms of the topics (themes) and keywords they included.
