Kaplama parametrelerine bağlı olarak kampana fren parçalarının korozyon dayanımının incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma kapsamında kampana frenlerde kullanılan metal parçaların kaplama parametreleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan testler sonunda elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilerek sanayide kullanılan yöntemlerle karşılaştırılmıştır. Kampana frenlerde kullanılan emniyet parçalarından birisi olan pabuç adı verilen parça bu çalışma kapsamında değerlendirilmeye alınmış, standart olarak uygulanan kaplama parametleri dışında kaplanmış, tuz testi; diğer adıyla korozyon dayanım testinden geçirilmiş ve ortaya çıkan sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlara göre, istenen koşulların sağlanması ve yüksek kalitede ürün elde edilmesine paralel olarak parçaların dayanıklı ve uzun ömürlü olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak sanayide bir işletmenin varlığını sürdürebilmesi için kalitenin yanı sıra maliyet konusunun da önemli olduğu vurgulanmıştır. Çalışma sonunda ise hem kaliteli hem de düşük maliyetli üretim yapılabilmesi için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this study, coating parameters of the metal parts which are used in the drum brakes are investigated. Test results are compared with the methods which are used in industry. One of the safety part which is called as shoe is taken under evaluation in this study, and coated with different parameters out of the standards, afterwards salt spray tests which is also known as the corrosion resistance tests are applied to the parts and the results are evaluated. According to the results it is found out that, in parallel with supplying the requested conditions and high quality products, tough and long lasting parts are obtained. But it is also emphasized that besides the quality, cost is an important issue for a company to keep its existence. By the end of the study some advises are given in order to produce with both quality and low costs.
