Abstract

Bu tezde gerçekleştirilen otomatik lojik entegre devre test cihazı, tipik bir software örneğidir. Çalışmalarımız sırasında çok kullandığımız lojik entegre devrelerin test edilmesi amaçlanmış olup, cihaz halen kütüphanesinde bulunan elemanları büyük bir doğrulukla test edebilmektedir. Test işlemleri, lojik seviyeleri kullanılarak yapılmaktadır.

The logic integrated circuit designed in this thesis is a typical sample of software. In the study we aimed to test common types of integrated circuits which are capable of testing the components quite accurately. Test steps are realised by using logic signal levels.
