Tedarik zincirinde scor modelinin tekstil sektöründe uygulanması

Abstract

İşletmeler üretimde verimliliklerini arttırmak için tedarik probleminin çözümü gerektiğini gördükçe tedarikçi seçimine daha fazla önem vermektedir. Tedarikçi seçimi nitel yollarla yapılırken, günümüzde nicel yöntemlere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Tedarikçinin seçimi için ilgili tedarikçi hakkında fazla veri olmadığı için belirli bir zaman çalıştıktan sonra tedarikçinin değerlendirmesi yapılır ve firmaya en yararlı olan belirlenir.Tedarikçi ile iş birliği içinde çalışmanın başlıca şartları sipariş miktarının ve zamanın doğru belirlenmesi, stok kontrollerinin ve yönetiminin iyi yapılmasıdır. Stok yönetimi fiziksel, finansal, üretimsel etkileri nedeniyle işletmenin en önemli konularından biridir.Bu çalışmada SCOR modeli ile tedarikçi seçimi ve değerlendirilmesi çalışması yapılmış, sonrasında tedarik zincirinin etkili yönetimi için sipariş miktarları ve stok yönetimi uygulaması yapılmıştır.

The need of supplier problem solve has attached importance to supplier selection to fertilization manufactory. Supplier selection was made qualitatively hitherto, but nowadays it needs quantitative methods. In the first time of selection there is no enough information about supplier so after doing a little business supplier score and make a decision either which one is the most advantageous.The main must to cooperate with supplier is the true order amount and date, effective stock control and management. The stock management is the most important subject of manufactory cause of physical, financial and productional affects.In this study, supplier selection and supplier performance evaluation SCOR system is presented. First of all, supplier selection and supplier performance evaluation criteria?s are determined. Then four supplier of a textile manufactory scored. After that order amount and stock management researched to efficient supplier chain management.
